With the recent extension of the Governor’s “Stay Home Stay Healthy” mandate, this year’s SCOPE auction will be done on-line. But we promise it’ll be a lot more fun than a zoom meeting!
- The auction items will be up online,
- There will be a live YouTube show with Father and Joe Keller and other special guests and performances,
- We will deliver meals to everyone who buys a ticket, along with wine and desserts – just let us know where you will be that night!
What will a virtual auction look like?
Ticket Sales: Tickets are available online at https://starofthesea.auctionreg.org/registration We are very excited to offer meal and wine delivery to our guests that RSVP to this year’s auction. Ticket sales will close on Monday, May 11th. Individuals who purchase tickets will be eligible to participate in our Wall of Wine, and Dessert Dash as well. These items will be delivered with your meals. You will be contacted by a member of the auction committee the week of the auction for a delivery address of where you are going to be the night of the auction.
Wall of Wine: If you would like to purchase a bottle of wine for $35, please email the auction committee at auction@starofthesea.net and specify if you would like to purchase a bottle of red or white. This could be your chance to purchase a $120 bottle of wine for only $35!! Bottles of red and white wines vary in value from $30-$120!
Dessert Dash: Beginning the week of 5/11, we will send an email to those who have RSVPed for meal delivery with the desserts that will be featured in our dessert dash. To participate in the dessert dash, email your best bid to auction@starofthesea.net by Wednesday, May 13th. The top bidder will have their first choice of dessert!
Silent Auction: The silent auction will be online and open to the public, regardless of if you have purchased a ticket. A link to the silent auction will be emailed to our parish and will go live on May 11th and run through May 15th at 6 pm. Feel free to share this link with friends and family!
Live Auction: This year’s live auction will be live streamed from the Rectory on May 15th! We will be streaming from 6pm-8pm on the parish’s YouTube Channel. Bidding will take place through the same online platform as used for the silent auction. Even though we can’t all gather together, maybe you want to host your own little socially-distanced-mask-and-glove-wearing-auction-watch-party.
We Need You: The auction committee is in need of volunteer drivers to deliver meals to guests within Kitsap County. If you are interested, please contact the committee at auction@starofthesea.net.
