What is a Parish Retreat?
This 2-day, 1-overnight weekend retreat program has one goal: to bring people closer together in Christ. It is a spiritual renewal which calls together the members of Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish in order to experience personal conversion and Christian community in the environment of our own parish.
- First, experience the weekend and take this important step in your faith journey.
- Prayerfully consider becoming part of the Retreat’s team or ANY team at Star: adult faith-formation, catechesis or any of our other apostolates.
- Be open to what God may be calling you to do next in your life with your family, at the parish and in the community.
Retreats take place twice a year; two men’s retreats & two women’s retreats.

Both our women’s and men’s retreat programs use the new version of Christ Renews His Parish, known as WELCOME. This updated version (what we like to call CRHP 2.0) of the retreat is put on by Dynamic Catholic with a fresh look on the CRHP material and will inspire you to be open to the way God is working in your life.
