Word Up Scripture Club
Thursday, August 5 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the Youth Room
Come join us, as we break open the Word of God, to learn more about our Catholic faith and to better know how to live our faith. Presenting will be Mary Hudak, a graduate from Franciscan ‘U’ in Steubenville, is a product of our Youth Ministry Program, sang in the original Girls’ choir, the Sunday 5:15 Choir and is very creative in Arts and Crafts. Mary Loves and Lives being Catholic! She works for Dr. Holt (parishioner).

July 12, 2010 through September 10, 2010 The interview usually takes about an hour. A parent must be present. Call to make an appointment at 479-3777 ext. 225 and declare who your sponsor will be at the interview (male sponsor for male candidate; female sponsor for female candidate). If your sponsor is from out of town, please make sure you have a ‘proxy’ sponsor you may keep in communication with. Sponsors need to be a Confirmed Catholic and in good standing with the Church. Documents Needed - Recently requested, Up-To-Date Baptismal Certificate
- Birth Certificate (from the state, not hospital)
- Sponsor Certification Letter from their parish that they are Catholics in 'good standing.'
- Sponsor Letter recommending you to be Confirmed.
- Confirmation Name (optional, but a beautiful practice)

Fiat: Young Catholic Women's GroupYoung Catholic Women's Group, ages 12 - 20
"Fiat" is the word that Mary spoke to the Angel Gabriel at the Annunciation – "Let it be done" – Mary completely consented to whatever was God’s will for her life.
Our Fiat meetings will be an opportunity to meet with other women your age to help you grow as Catholic women, to discern God's will for you, and to pray. Dinner and games included. New topics and faces each month. Bring a friend. – Fr. Lappe
